2Platform Role and Scope
Book My Massage acts solely as a digital platform that:
- Lists massage businesses and professionals
- Displays service information provided by those businesses
- Facilitates enquiries and booking requests
Book My Massage:
- Does not take payments on behalf of users or service providers
- Does not manage or control service delivery
- Is not a party to any agreement between users and service providers
Any contract, booking, or arrangement is strictly between the user and the service provider.
For the avoidance of doubt, Book My Massage does not negotiate, confirm, guarantee, or complete bookings on behalf of users or service providers.
3Eligibility and Use
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
