Book My Massage:

  • does not provide massage or wellness services
  • does not employ Service Providers
  • does not act as an agent, broker, or representative for Users or Service Providers
  • does not take payments or process transactions

2Scope and Priority of Legal Pages

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Platform, including Service Providers who view or use any part of the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside our other legal pages, including:

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Terms of Service
  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Acceptable Use Policy (if published)

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any other legal page, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

3Permitted Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes, including:

  • browsing listings, categories, locations, and informational pages
  • submitting enquiries or booking requests to Service Providers
  • creating an account where available
  • leaving honest reviews and feedback based on genuine experiences

You must not use the Platform in a way that:

  • interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform

4Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

5Platform-Only Role and No Responsibility for Services

  • submit enquiries or booking requests, and/or
  • be redirected to third-party websites, booking systems, or provider contact channels

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Service Providers are independent third parties
  • any booking, service, or arrangement is made directly between you and the Service Provider
  • Book My Massage is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between Users and Service Providers
  • Book My Massage does not negotiate, confirm, guarantee, or complete bookings on behalf of Users or Service Providers

We do not guarantee:

  • that Service Providers will respond to enquiries
  • that enquiries will result in bookings
  • availability, pricing, service standards, or outcomes

6No Payments or Refund Handling

Book My Massage does not:

  • collect or process payments
  • hold funds
  • process refunds
  • act as an intermediary for transactions

All payments, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled directly between Users and Service Providers and according to the Service Provider’s policies.

7Accounts and Security

Where account creation is available, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account

You must not:

  • share accounts with others
  • access another person’s account without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

8Reviews, Listings, and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

  • it is based on genuine experience and is truthful to the best of your knowledge
  • it is lawful and not misleading, defamatory, abusive, or promotional spam
  • it does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks, privacy, or confidentiality)

We reserve the right to:

  • moderate, remove, or restrict User Content at our discretion
  • investigate suspected fake, harmful, or policy-breaching content
  • use User Content (in whole or part) for Platform display and marketing purposes (for example, showcasing reviews)

9Service Provider Content and Listings

Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including:

  • descriptions, prices, availability, claims, and qualifications
  • images, logos, and other materials provided
  • compliance with applicable laws, licences, insurance requirements, and safeguarding standards

Book My Massage does not guarantee or verify:

  • qualifications, certifications, insurance, or legal compliance
  • the quality, safety, or suitability of any services

We may remove or suspend listings if we reasonably believe they are misleading, unlawful, harmful, or in breach of our policies.

10Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including the website design, layout, branding, text, graphics, and visual assets, is owned by Book My Massage or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any Platform content without prior written permission.

Service Provider trademarks, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for:

  • their content, policies, or availability
  • any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

  • you breach these Terms
  • misuse, harm, or unlawful activity occurs
  • legal, security, or operational concerns arise

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

17Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
